"I thought i was saving money by switching to another insurance company. I sent the declarations page to my agent at State Farn when I cancelled. They sent me a message to see if we could talk about the policy. Korey called me after reviewing my coverages from the new policy and pointed out some rather scary risks with the new coverage limits and deductibles that I did not realize. Even in the beginning of our call she told me that if i stayed with State Farm or not that she just wanted to be sure I knew what was happening and the differences in the coverages. I am so happy for her concern and setting things straight. I THOUGHT i was going to save some money every month but it is so not worth being put at risk or having things not covered or protected. Do NOT just go on line an get a quote somewhere and think it is jus translated and moved over as is. Call your people and talk to them. State Farm really cares and they know what they are doing and how to keep you covered and safe. They can recommend every possible saving and discount applicacble for you. Dont take chances. I am SO glad they reached out. Needless to say I switched back immediately."
